We will analyze the market and provide a report on the estimated value of your home. The report will include comparable sales in your area, market behavior, and a recommended listing price. We will also explain our marketing strategy so we can maximize your proceeds.
Home Preparation
Even in a sellers market it helps to put forth the best image. We advise on what steps you can take to help make your home as desirable as possible. If you need help with de-cluttering, painting or even repairs, we can get the right professionals for you
Marketing
We are going to tell the world about your home. Your home will be listed on the MLS. Advertisements set on social media and print. Professional photos, drone video and live video tours will paint your home in the best light. Direct mail to every resident in your area. A unique website page will be created just for your home. We will even knock on doors to tell folks about your home. And of course we will hold an open house. All that and more so we can drive the greatest number of potential buyers to your home.
Offers and Escrow
We will review all offers with you and explain the details. With each offer we will provide advice and guidance. Like part of the offer, but not all? We negotiate with the buyers agent to get the best deal that's right for you. Once we have an accepted offer, we stay on top of the sale through escrow. We make sure that the buyer is performing. If any issues arise we will work to keep the sale moving forward with the best deal possible.
Closing and Moving
Congratulations! We deliver the keys to the buyer, and help you with moving.
